2.4 DATA ITEMS
Data items shall be such as the data items collected by Indonesia from the ASEAN countries and data on maps of the ASEAN sea area and oil types, describe in the Appendix C.
?. FUTURE STRATEGIES
Each Local Center of member countries, as well as the Focal Point should review and make sure that their PC hardware, software and communication support system is still in good conditons. In addition, the telephone and/or facsimile lines os each OSPAR center and focal point should be exclusively for OSPAR purposes; not forother purposes beyond the OSPAR activities and objectives. This is important in accordance to the easy-contact in the case of emergency.
Based on the Annex for "OSPAR Information System" on the" Chapter ? - Data Items", resulted from the 3rd OSPAR Cooperative Conference, in Tokyo, Japan, 17 - 20 May 1993, each local center inform the focal points the update data on several items, as follows:
1. Equipment Database
2. Expert Information Database
3. Response Organization Information Database
4. map Information Database
5. Oil Type Information Database
